Why is taurus male treating me like this?

Im a scorpio female and i have been talking to a taurus male off and on for about 5 months we seem to hit off. here's the down fall we have only hung out once i went there and it was quite but we can txt for a long time and carry on a conversation and get to know each other great lots of cute txt and pictures however he lives an hr. away (not far) always tells me hes gonna come on "this day" and then never shows up and im a scorpio sweetheart we dont chase ill send him one txt that says hey we still on for tonight and nothing back so **** em' then he will txt me the next day withexcusel **** exusse and story from outta his *** he has been a no -show at leastgouts atleast 6 times and then tells me he cares and whats to work something out but i think he only wants sex by some of the things he says and im not that girl and i have made it clear however hes on his second chanstopedh me i stoped talking to him for about 2 months because heagain me off agian and i told him im done with the games and left it alone then haven'ttes me and says he sorry and wants to see me blah bagainfter i havent heard from him in two months and he just blew off agian last nigh while on his second chance and i was in his area how hard was to meet up with me when im around the conner?? whats really going on??
