Was he trying to make me jealous?

This guy really liked me. And I know he does for some other long story. He asked me out twice and i said no... We went on a field trip to a lake at school and he was right by me with his girlfriend. I noticed he walked passed me with her and constantly held her hand. i went on a trail with my friend and I noticed him and his girlfriend was too.... his shirt was off and they were holding hands...his girlfriend is a joke and i dont think he actually Likes Her... is he trying to make me jealous because I think it is workining.. i like him now... is he trying to make me jealous.. (sorrry for the bad grammmar, my keyboard iss messed up..)
