You should go back to the Dr. Hopefully by morning your feeling a little better. If same or worse in morning you need to get to an Urgent Care or ER or your Dr. if he can get you in tomorrow. I would imagine that u did not damage organs just a bad bladder infection most likely it moved to your kidneys. Usually when that occurs your need a stronger antibiotic
