Why do girls at my school think they're cool?

These girls at my school think they're cool for these reasons: They talk about other ppl, they wear big hoop earrings, they break the dress code, they always go 2 ISS, they get detentions, they skip classes, they wear makeup, they have highlights, and they're tall. Now they always brag about that stuff and they think they're cooler than everyone else because of that. Tell me why they think this is cool!
