What are my human rights for In school isolation (ISS) and what loopholes are in the education/school system?

Basically, I'm going to be getting isolated tomorrow and I really dislike the teacher that is taking me out of my lessons. Are there any loopholes in the school system that I can use against him during my isolation, and what are my human rights during isolation? Is there a way that I can maturely really annoy him by using the law against him? Thanks in advance.
