How to make these letters?

if you want it too look exactly like it did in that picture, you would buy a bunch of magazines or take a bunch of photographs of people or sceneries , get letter templates in the font of your choice , place the templates on top of the pages and cut them out. it's actually really simple. if you want it to look really nice you can always put a piece of glass over it or make a mirror out of it. i heard somewhere that you can make a mirror by taking a piece of glass and painting it white then black
