How do I know if a shy girl is interested? How do I go about this? 10 points!?

Being a shy girl myself, I wouldn't find reasons to talk to just any boy. She possibly does have feelings for you, but your not going to get a positive answer on here. Taking baby steps would help. For example, one day have a small conversation with her. Keep that up, but every now and then add in a flirtacious comment or gesture that would give her a clue that you are interested in her. As a shy girl, shes not going to give much signs that she has feelings for you, so after awhile of getting to know her you might as well ask :) you seem like a sweet boy, good luck!
