Help! what should i do?

my vag got really wet and i soaked my pants today so i decided to dry them outside since it was a nice day and i hung them on the washing line. then an hour later, i caught some guy in my garden stealing them. i chased him down the street and eventually caught up with him. i hid behind a tree and saw him sniffing them and jerking off like theres no tomorrow. what should i do? can i get him arrested for stealing my favourite knickers? :(
